Kim Gramlich has served in the field of Victim Services for over 17 years. She is currently the Coordinator of Delta Police Victim Services in British Columbia, where she has worked for the past 12 years. Kim has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Training. Kim has been a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, the Justice Institute of BC and has conducted workshops at a variety of provincial, national and international conferences. Kim is the past President of Police Victim Services of BC and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society and Big Brothers and Sisters of Langley. Kim is passionate about serving victims in creative and innovative ways. Along with her husband Rob and her Trauma K-9, Caber, Kim lives in Langley, British Columbia.
